At 2,800 square feet, this custom modular home exemplifies comfort, as its generous first story includes a dedicated family room, living room, and study. A welcoming front porch complements the classic exterior, which features a double gable roof adorned with shake detailing.

The spacious kitchen features granite countertops, white shaker cabinetry, and brass hardware.

The first floor of this prefab house is designed with a modified open floor plan—the kitchen and living room anchor the rear of the home, with a set of Andersen double doors providing convenient backyard access. Meanwhile, the family room is accessible from the entry foyer or via French pocket doors in the adjacent living room.

Hardwood flooring spans throughout the first story, including the large kitchen. Its light stain is modern and on-trend, complementing the white shaker cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The eat-in center island provides a comfortable area for prep work, and includes a custom microwave nook… our team can route electric to kitchen islands before a home departs the factory!

Upstairs, the master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower. Three additional bedrooms, another full bath, and a central laundry closet complete the second floor.

During the design phase, upgrades were chosen throughout the home, including dimmable recessed lighting, 6” baseboard trim, matte black Schlage door hardware, and craftsman-style interior doors. The first floor has 9' ceilings, while the second has 8’ ceilings.
