Signature wins MHBA’s 2022 Home of the Year
Signature wins the Modular Home Builders Association Home of the Year!
Signature Building Systems would like to thank the Modular Home Builders Association for selecting our home as their 2022 Home of the Year over 2,500 square feet. This Jersey Shore prefab, previously a Signature Home of the Month, highlights the versatility of modular construction. The 5-bedroom home is located on Barnegat Bay along the Atlantic Ocean and features multi-story outdoor spaces for incredible sunset views.
This accomplishment signifies a historic achievement for our company, making 2022 the second consecutive year we have been awarded Home of the Year honors by the MHBA. Although we don’t build houses to win awards, we are humbled by the recognition. The dedication and talent of our team members is evident in each home that leaves our factory. We celebrate their hard work and are immensely proud of this collective triumph.
