The Modular Home Builders Association recognizes a different home each month, highlighting outstanding modular projects among MHBA members. The Home of the Month Showcase culminates in an annual competition, offering the previous year’s winners an opportunity to compete for Home of the Year, presented at the MHBA Awards Dinner in October.

Voting for MHBA’s Home of the Year is now open!

This past year, Signature Building Systems achieved Home of the Month honors in September 2021, January 2022, and August 2022, meaning three of our homes are eligible to win Home of the Year. In the under 2,500 square feet category, we have the Modern Farmhouse Ranch. Over 2,500 square feet, Signature is represented by the Cozy Northeastern PA Lake House and the Jersey Shore Custom Modular.

Our company was honored to win Home of the Month three times, and we are excited for the opportunity to compete for Home of the Year against the beautiful homes created by our fellow MHBA members.
