Each module was manufactured inside our Moosic, Pennsylvania facility under controlled conditions that support consistent quality, tighter tolerances, and predictable schedules. On set day, the crew places the modules on the prepared foundation, aligns structural connections, seals critical joints, and prepares the home for final button-up work.
